Flamethrowers and burning shoes – how the fire show took place in the Arena Park in Novosibirsk

Last weekend, Novosibirsk celebrated its anniversary. The city is 131 years old. In honor of this, a fire show was held in the evening in Arena Park. An NDN.info correspondent described how the event unfolded.

Hundreds of local residents attended the spectacle. Before the fire show began, the audience was moved four meters away from the stage so that no one was injured. During the performance, fakirs and firefighters showed the Siberians various fire management techniques – from basic handling of fire bowls to rotating a burning square of fire from all sides.

Many people also remember the flamethrower volleys. Columns of fire flew from the hands of the professionals into the sky.

Additionally, the show included acrobatic elements. The organizers of the show put special shoes on their feet that emitted sparks and performed various elements in the form of somersaults and others.

The show lasted about 20 minutes, but at the same time it became a truly memorable event of the evening.
