It is not only a great holiday for citizens and guests of the city, where you can have a great time and eat delicious food, but also a powerful professional event for specialists and entrepreneurs in the field of tourism and hospitality.
The festival is organized by the Ministry of Development of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Novosibirsk Region together with the Representative Office of the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia in Siberia, the ANO for the development of gastronomic, tourist and hotel business “Gastroincubator”, the Novosibirsk regional branch of “OPORA RUSSIA” with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk Region and the Novosibirsk City Hall.
In 2023, the Festival gathered more than 1,000 participants of the business program and more than 300,000 guests. The geography of the festival has significantly expanded – this year we are supported by the best representatives: Moscow and St. Petersburg, the Republic of Tyva, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Republic of Khakassia, the Altai Republic, the Altai Territory, Moscow, Tyumen, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk, Vladivostok, Kuzbass, Kazan, Omsk, Minusinsk, Tomsk and Novosibirsk regions and other regions.
The event includes three areas: festival, competitive and business, it will interest a wide range of participants and guests, including:

The business program of the gastronomic festival “In Siberia – IS” includes various topics and speaker presentations, such as HR personnel, business scaling, service, design and construction of a hotel and restaurant, marketing, management and finance, expert sessions, debates and discussions with the best specialists in the field of tourism and hospitality and other current topics. The plenary session will bring together Governor Novosibirsk region – Andrei Travnikov And mayor city of Novosibirsk – Maxim Kudryavtsev.
