The TTG in Rimini is the most important trade fair in Italy dedicated to tourism. It takes place from October 9 to 11, 2024.
What to see at the TTG in Rimini
The fair extends over 14 pavilions, where all Italian regions and various institutional organizations are present, distributed in the west wing in pavilions: A1-A2-A3-A4-A5-A6-A7-C1-C2-C3 – C4-C5-C6-C7.
Four pavilions (A1-A2-A3-A4) welcome the Global Villagewhere the offer of tour operators, transporters, technologies and companies of tourism products and services intended for the distribution network is concentrated.
L’Region Italy (A5-A6-A7-C4-C5-C6-C7) represents the largest square of Italian tourist offer in the world. The world it is the area that hosts the main international destinations and is developed in pavilions C1, C2 and C3.
Pavilion C4 welcomes nautical tourism companies and BEActive, the space designed to promote and enhance active and sports tourism. Inside the C2 pavilion is the African Village, a collective space which provides visibility to all operators and destinations sharing a specialization in the Sub-Saharan Africa destination. Finally, all 55 innovative start-ups participating in TTG 2024 are present in pavilion A6.
There are three Arenas: the Global Village Arena (pavilion A2), the Italy Arena (A7) and the BeActive Arena (C4) which host debates and speeches on new product strategies linked to the most advanced technologies.
How to get to the Rimini Fair
The Rimini Fair district is accessible by car, train and bus. To enter the fair, you can access through three entrances:
- South entrance – via Emilia, 155
- East Entrance – via Constantino the Great
- West entrance – via San Martino in Riparotta.
By car
The Rimini Fair can be reached by car by taking the Rimini Nord exit from the A/14 Bologna-Bari-Taranto motorway. The address is via Emilia, 155. Once you arrive at the fair, paid parking is also available with Telepass (South 1-3 and West 3-4-5, where there are also 12 electric vehicle charging stations and parking for passengers with reduced mobility).
By train
This is the most convenient way to reach the Rimini Fair, because a few meters from the entrance to the exhibition center is the Rimini Fiera station, where the trains of the Milan-Bari line stop. The station is only active on event days.
The exhibition center is also connected to Rimini train station, via bus line number 9 (the stop to get off is Via Emilia-Fiera).
By bus
The Rimini exhibition center is accessible by different buses depending on your departure point:
- line 5: San Mauro Mare (Rimini North) – Rimini Fiera
- line 10: Miramare (Rimini South) – Rimini Fiera
- line 9: Rimini Station – Rimini Fiera.
By plane
For those arriving in Rimini by plane, landing at the “Federico Fellini” International Airport of Rimini – San Marino you can reach the fair in 15 minutes by car or by taking bus number 9.
For those arriving at Bologna Airport, the direct connection service with the Italy Airport Shuttle between Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport and the Rimini Fiera South Entrance is active on 9-10-11 October 2024.
